Senator Green, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
five-day notice be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 133 "An Act                                            
relating to a two-year transition for implementation of the public high                             
school competency examination and to establishing an essential skills                               
examination as a high school graduation requirement; and providing                                  
for an effective date" for the Health, Education and Social Services                                
Committee meeting on March 10. Without objection, it was so                                         
ordered.
